I am glad to have the opportunity to meet the most amazing personalities of design field on the platform of the town hall class of Humber College. I am thankful to Jo Alcorn, Humber College Professor, for giving this privilege of taking a business course and a town hall course. Jo is a successful interior designer, entrepreneur, TV host, writer, style editor, professor, and furniture line owner.
Meredith Heron is a designer and television host whose work is an extensive conversation with colour, form, pattern and texture. Elements of Fashion, Architecture & Interior Design blend seamlessly in Meredith’s classic reinterpreted style. Meredith has appeared on HGTV’s Love By Design in Canada and Date With Design in the US; Steven & Chris and House & Home, HGTV and Fine Living’s Design Match. Meredith was also a series regular on Restaurant Makeover for the Food Network. I was really impressed with her business work style and tremendous energy level. It was a great experience to learn about real design world, and down & dirty chat about design. Thanks Meredith for everything you've taught and shared with us. You've inspired and encouraged new upcoming designer to keep doing what they are passionate about. It was an experience of a lifetime for me.
